More of the same, here - getting the canopy frame re-riveted, checking to make sure that we haven't changed the shape as we are doing it. Slow going, but it's going to be right this time.
Only a few things worth mentioning:

More and more backing plates are showing up . . . it's solid, but it looks a bit ugly. Hopefully when we get it painted, these won't stand out as much. |
Spacers. See the discussion below. |
There's a wedge-spaced spacer that fits under the plate that holds the side of the frame to the main canopy frame. You can see the gap where it's supposed to go in the first picture if you look right under the two clecos that are in the backing plate. The old one is on the right, and the new one is on the left. The difference in how thick those guys are is how much the canopy frame has had to change shape. Weird!
We should finish this up tomorrow.
