24 June 06 - Panel is complete


As you can see from this picture, the center top panel which contains the warning lights had too many holes - we've reduced the number of redundant lights somewhat, and as a result, needed to get another center panel from Fabian down at Affordable Panels. Now that it's in, it's time to cut it, punch the holes in, paint it, and slap the label on there. That was today's project, and now the panel is done! Everything has power . . . about the only thing that it doesn't have, at this point, is the static lines that will run into the EFIS, altimeter, VSI, etc etc.

You may also notice that there is no way to test the panel warning lights that are above the GPS - we decided that this was not necessary for two reasons:
